I was struggling with an intermittent water leak that was filling the mugs in my kitchen cupboard shortly after heavy rain. I had another contractor inspect the roof and seals, and they reported nothing to fix, but the leak continued.

Contacted Mr.Roof Repair (Juffs actually) based on the good reviews. They had someone on my roof within 2 days, who identified some seepage in the chimney flashing, replaced a roof vent, and reported on a repair that could wait till next year. I was provided with photos. The whole repair was done within the 1 hour minimum time, the leak is gone. I will be scheduling the additional repair next spring. I am glad to find a company that I can trust to be thorough.

We noticed some water damage on the ceiling on the second floor of our house and called Mr. Roof Repair. Our call was answered immediately and they sent a technician out the following day. The technician looked at the damage, explained what he thought the source of the water damage could be and suggested a number of possible solutions. We were very happy with the service provided by Mr. Roof Repair and would recommend this company without reservations.

I got a prompt reply (within 12 hrs)from Michael regarding the leak, he explained the process and the fee. Arthur came the next day to fix the problem! Arthur was friendly, polite and knows his stuff. The before and after pictures from the report let me know exactly what was going on. I would recommend this company to anyone! Oh yeah, Trish from the customer service was very kind as well.

I have transformed our home over the last two years through extensive renovation and new building with my own advanced skills learned over 25 years of construction projects. I have an extremely high attention to detail and tend to learn new trades in order to do the job right myself. In my day job I lead a large national sales force and am very focused on customer service. I don't like heights and thus roofing is something that I stopped doing more than a decade ago, and the few jobs I have contracted out for, like paving my driveway, have always resulted in customer service disappointment. The last large name roofing company that came in to give me a quote on a small repair told me I needed a new roof immediately, although I had just had a great new roof installed less than a year earlier. This is a real tough market, especially for repairs, as these companies only want the large replacement jobs.

In fact, most trades could learn a lot from the approach Arthur took in treating his customers with great respect, and taking great pride in his work and approach, knowing that good work will lead to good reviews and more work. I had a leaky roof that was allowing rainwater in to my living room. After several attempts to find a roofer, I stumbled upon Mr. Roof Repair's website. Great website, and even better service!! They were out the next day, repaired my roof for the quoted price, and followed up to ensure the job was done right. Can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks.

I do need to replace my roof. But the team was able to come in and do some spot repairs to help sustain the roof and take care of some of the bigger issues as a stop-gap until I can get a new roof.
They answered my calls on a weekend and were able to service the roof the next day. Speedy and professional.

During my research to find the right company for the job, only two companies called me back and only Mr Roof Repair specialized in repairs as opposed to whole roof replacements.

I spoke with their customer service rep before Mr Roof Repair sent anyone and she explained in detail what work would be done, what would be covered, what it would cost, and what Mr Roof Repair would do if they found unanticipated problems.

Once the repair was complete, it turns out that Mr Roof Repair delivered everything I expected. They fixed the initial problem and they also fixed another problem that they discovered. They explained what condition my roof was in and suggested what future repairs I might need and in what timeframe, which was an unexpected bonus.

The part of the service that I loved the most was the before and after photos. Mr Roof Repair includes this as part of their service because, as they say, their clients don't get up on the roof often so we can't see what condition it's in. What a great feature! I really appreciated seeing what condition my roof was in -- before and after -- from the safety of my computer.

My roof was leaking at several spot want someone soon to come out and look. Most roofing company are too busy for small repairs, so I called MrRoofRepair base on Homestar reviews to come out and check out the issue and do the repair. They were very accommodating, came in the morning as promised. They did everything as advertised, check the roof, made the necessary repair, provide a thorough review of my roof's condition, fix other area of the roof that I was not even aware had problems. All the communication, invoicing and follow-up were done via email which was very convenient for me. They provide a link of the photos via email for my roof, repairs made and problem areas which was extremely valuable to have access to. Unfortunately for me, base on their accessment, the photos and recommendation, I will need a new roof very soon. But the fact that they are a repair company only made me feel a lot more comfortable that their recommendation is base on my house's real needs and not so they can get my roof replacement business.

I was very satisfied with the service I received at Mr. Roof Repairs. Trish and Michael were responsive and respectful. They returned my call promptly and scheduled an appointment quickly. Prices were clear and understood before the repair was done. Arthur was great repairing. He went over his concerns and comments on the roof and answered my questions well. He also has no fear of heights, hence "crazyman". Took pictures before and after, and emailed them to me. Pleasure to deal with Mr.RoofRepairs and I would recommend their services to anyone.
