We had a leaking skylight and picked Roof Repair over other competing lower quotes because we believed all their marketing around warranty for their work. Completely false advertising. They did the repair after winter was over earlier this year, and the skylight started leaking again as soon as the weather turned. Called them multiple times attempting to schedule a "technician visit to assess" with no luck. A week later, 10-15 phone calls and still no visit scheduled. Don't believe the false marketing the company provides. Pick a smaller, more trusted provider that actually stands behind their work and is also cheaper.
