So short version of this story.
I had 1/2 a metal roof installed, found them doing it wrong.
I got a hold of Mr Roof Repair.
(I spent 30+ minutes on the phone with Joe, just describing the nightmare of my roof, he had a lot of advise and help.)
I had spent $0 at this point, and didn't even have an appointment.
Called and setup and appoint a week or so later (to have them come and do a report). (Possibly tarp my roof if needed).
2 guys came to look at my roof, and i can't believe they found more problems then what I knew about.
So the roof already leaked, (since it wasn't finished), but even if finished as they were installing it, it would leak anyways.
I now have no fear that even if they sue they won't stand a chance. Mr Roof Repair, never tried to sell me anything. They simply gave me tons of advice, and did an amazingly thorough job in their investigations.
I will always recommend them for inspections. And if you want a room to last, they know how to put it on above and beyond code!
