City Wide Maid Service

i have used City Wide Maid cleaning service in the past and was totally pleased with the work ethic of the Cleaner .. therefore when I required a cleaner due to my age (80) City Wide was there for me once again ..

Downtown home owners - I work for HomeStars and decided to use our platform to source a cleaner for my condo. I am prepping my condo to be staged for sale next week. Over the last 2 years I've housed 3 litters of puppies in addition to my very busy schedule. My condo was a disaster as you can imagine and called upon City Wide Maid services for a 4 hour clean. I met Narmine & she is beyond AMAZING. One thing I look for is quality in the service and the overall professionalism of the tradesperson to service my home, regardless of it being painter/ plumber/ electrician/ cleaner. I opened my door to Narmine and learned about her and her family. She is very motherly and has an acute eye for detailed cleaning. She was also very accommodating to my 4 puppies. After the 4 hour service, my condo looks, feels and smells like no dogs live here. I highly recommend City Wide Cleaners as I booked the service less than 24 hours ago and received a deep and thorough clean. She was respectful and so kind. My condo looks ready to be staged and sold for top dollar after Narmine disinfected and cleaned my condo. Thank you City Wide Maid Services!!!

This is a very nice team of ladies. They always do a great job and my house looks spotless after they are gone. I have been using them for the last 2 years and I am very happy. The only thing is that sometimes they can be running late, but they always call me and give me a heads up.

We hired City Wide Maid Service to clean our 1000sq ft condo. It had been awhile since we had done a deep clean. Catherine was very nice and pleasant and did a very thorough job.

I really appreciate how responsive they were at responding to my initial inquiry and I received quick responses to my questions.

We decided to book them for bi-weekly cleaning moving forward.

City wide maid service have been fantastic. They have always been quick to reply to emails. It was easy to set up for weekly cleaning, and we don't have to be at home. Great quality of work. Highly recommended.

I used City Wide Maid Service for the first time a few weeks ago and I am extremely impressed. I came home from work to find my apartment spotless...my cleaner Maame was very friendly, she went above and beyond and did an amazing job! Great attention to detail. The service was easy to book and they were willing to accommodate to my schedule. Really great value, the cleaner uses your products so they offer a lower rate compared to other companies I have used in the past. This is by far the best cleaning service I've used in Toronto. I will definitely be using this service again!

i just used city maid and had no idea what to expect. I came home and was taken back at how clean my apartment was. The cleaning professional did a phenomenal job cleaning everything from my floors to my appliances. Would definitely recommend, you owe it to yourself to try it at least once.

We have had our house cleaned around 5 times by the same person and she has done a much better job than 2 other well recognized companies we tried in the city. It is also more affordable and for a much better value!
Our cleaner is personable and friendly and I feel comfortable discussing the cleaning with her ie pointing things out to focus on or redo. Also, the company itself is a pleasure to deal with - extremely professional, courteous, well organized and responds to you promptly. For example it was easy to change dates or reschedule if you do not require a scheduled cleaning- ie are going away.

I have just received my first cleaning service ever. I didn't really know what to expect so I just trusted the service and decided to see what happens. I greeted Pauline who was an extremely warm and friendly lady and I left her alone to clean for 3 hours. When I came home I was so pleasantly surprised... my house was spotless and the thing that impressed me the most were the little things that I didn't even expect. Pauline went above and beyond. The price is very reasonable as well. I'm very happy with the service that I have received and have decided to have regular cleaning done by City Wide maid Service every other week.

I have used City Wide Maid service in the past and this is the first time they don't get a 10 from me.

Daisy the cleaning lady was just ok. She missed a few things that I had to point out to her. Also the bathroom in the basement wasn't done at all. The kitchen and the bedrooms were done well.

Overall I would still use City Wide Maid service again! It can't always be perfect :)
