Purchased a high quality couch used from a family in Burlington. Asked for a quote for a deep clean from 416 So Clean on HomeStars that Tuesday evening, got a response back the following morning.
Appointment booked for Friday at 11am, and Carlos called from the lobby of our building at exactly that time. Was polite and thorough, explained every step along the way (I was curious), and provided some insight on how to take care of the sofa and how often to get it cleaned.
