We recently had washroom renovations done. During the reno, I noticed a lot of debris, including small pieces of cut tiles, falling into the vents. They had put plastic bags in the vents to catch the debris but many fell through. So naturally I decided to get the air ducts cleaned. The company I used a few years ago wasn't available on the date I wanted, so I searched homestars and found these guys. And I'm very happy I did. Shane arrived at the scheduled appointment right on time and was very courteous and friendly. He explained what he needed to do and was puzzled (as I was) why there weren't holes on some of the ducts near the furnace. It appears some ducts were never cleaned by the previous company.
Anyway, Shane proceeded to clean the ducts and was soon joined by Rafael (apologies if name is spelled incorrectly). These guys were very respectful of my property and did their jobs very well. I'm glad I decided to clean the ducts, as there were much to be cleaned. Thanks for your help guys. I'll certainly use them again in a few years.
