I was looking to get my furniture cleaned but was nervous about damage being done during the cleaning process as the furniture was expensive. The process was explained to me and the job was done. I could not be happier as the furniture looks like new. I also had a couch in my TV room done even though I thought nothing could be done with it as the dog and I have practically destroyed it. Even this couch looks great.
