We decided to make some kitchen updates which began with the removal of a structural wall. After a few meetings, we decided to move forward with CCR Renovations to tackle this project, and we're very happy with this decision! Matt came to see us and to discuss our options. Matt helped us navigate the necessary steps required to make this possible - engineering drawings, town permit, and inspection. Matt also coordinated the trades necessary to assist with plumbing, H-VAC and electrical. Once the job started, Greg was our on-site contact and was fantastic. Nothing really can prepare you for the disruption a large scale renovation has on your family and day-to-day life, but Greg made it as painless as possible. He explained each step, kept the job moving and worked through many unexpected roadblocks we encountered once we actually opened the wall up. Greg also lead by example with his work ethic, positivity and leadership, keeping the job on time and on budget, right up until our inspection passed.
Moving a structural wall is very stressful and it's important to do it properly for many reasons. I can say with confidence that CCR is the only company I would ever call for any future structural projects.
