Red Robin Masonry

The Red Robin team I worked with were professional and exceeded expectations:

We had brickwork done framing our front door. Rick did a beautiful job...better than we imagined it. Clean up was excellent and the job was done a day earlier than expected. I would highly reccomend Red Robin masonry!

This is the second project that Red Robin has completed for me. I continue to be impressed. They arrived on time. Completed the work efficiently and professionally and left my property as if they had never been there. Excellent!

p.s. The two fellows who did the work were pleasant and friendly which made the experience easy.

I got three quotes and while they weren't the cheapest they were the easiest to deal with. I can't say more than what has already been said but they are honest, hard working and would do business with them at any time!

Work was completed in May 2021: My neighbor's chimney was crumbling very badly so he mentioned he was going to be using a company called Red Robin. My chimney was showing some deterioration also, even though it was repaired about 10 years prior (the previous company simply mortared around the flue but did not recommend or do an overhanging crown cap so water dripped down the brick overtime and caused deterioration. Ironically, I called that same company back for a quote prior to getting Red Robin's and he owner did not even acknowledge that he should have done an overhang although he recommended it this time around. Just told me the previous work held up pretty well... um, so why are we repairing this a second time around, lol?).

Since my neighbor was doing his also, we figured that we could work out a lower cost by having both jobs at the same time. We got a reasonable price for each house. For my chimney, Red Robin replaced the flue with an overhanging cap (learnt from last time) and added a vent to allow airflow into the closed-off chimney. We are both very happy with our chimneys and job was done quickly and cleanly. They even provided pictures of after the work when we asked for them. Highly recommend this company! John, Anna and Joe were great to deal with.

I found Red Robin Masonry on HomeStars after a terrible experience with another company who I contacted based on a flyer delivered to our home. I should have know better based on no listing on HomeStars or not even any Google reviews. They received payment and then never completed the work (my bad).

Red Robin was completely the opposite. Highly professional quoting, workmanship ((high quality and on time as scheduled). I would highly recommend Red Robin for any masonry related requirements you may have.

I had a great experience from start to finish with Red Robin. I needed a porch rebuilt, jointing for loose stones on the wall, removal of some old stones and mortar and some interlock levelled. John came out to estimate it and had great attention to detail, noticing issues I had missed. Brandon and Stephan were the masons and put in the time and care to create a flawless finished result. I highly recommend them!

Their assessment was easy to schedule and informative, and their quote was well priced relative to other well reviewed companies. They took down an old chimney that falling apart and rebuilt it all in one day, including full clean up of the site. They even patched up a few roof shingles that they noticed were loose at no extra charge. Crew was friendly and did a great job. Would definitely use them again and the new chimney looks great.
