Red Robin Masonry has highly skilled and client friendly workers. In both jobs they did for me they were able to schedule the work earlier than expected. The first job to block a basement window after I found out it was against the current building code. The second job and much trickier was to totally remove my old chimney after I got my furnace and A/C changed and upgraded my water heater so it could be vented through the house wall instead of using the chimney. We thought that the weather might not be good enough to do the second job before spring. Then I let John Ambrose know that I was planning to sell my house and would greatly appreciate it if this job could be done before listing for sale this December 15th. Well, he did all he could to book the job asap and the day before the scheduled day the workers showed up while it was warmer and between rain showers and got the job done perfectly-then an hour later the roofer they often use came and finished plugging the hole and putting shingles over it.
