Basement leaking after heavy rain.
Within a year after purchasing our home age 13 years we experienced a very heavy intense rainfall and had severe basement leaking. Upon cleanup/gyroc removal found evidence of ongoing water leakage over the years and mould accumulations. Interviewed sevceral contractors experienced in this area and selected this one which was neither the cheapest or most expensive but made the most solution sense with their approach. Installed a total drainahge system inside the basement foundation as full external access was not possible. Repaired cracked in wall, installed extral sealing and drainage in area of worst ingress where accessible and installed a sump pump. Absolutely zero issues in last 8 years.
