Super friendly staff. I was in a very tight time crunch as it was a surprise for my dad while he was away on holiday. They were able to come sooner than originally booked and only took a few hours to complete the job. We had our gas line extended, and our WB fireplace converted to natural gas. The frame on the insert doesnt match up completely flush in the corners which I am a little upset about. The installer said it was the brand and he had yet to install one that closed together perfectly. Not the cheapest option, but you definitely get what you pay for! I am very happy with the outcome and would definitely book again.
