Very polite, respectful, and very helpful. I have got Royal Basements to do other work where i have lived before(condo, and another place i rented out) no matter where i go i will always call him hecause he is fair with his pricing and does amazing work.

My husband and I had met with quite a few contractors before we hired Royal Basements; but right from the beginning we felt comfortable with Rene. He came to see us the day I phoned him and a day or two later he e-mailed me the outline and quote for renovating our basement.
Rene and his team, Juan Carlos and Jorge were punctual, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. All the tradesmen that were part of the job were great! The job was done on time and on budget; all of our concerns and questions were answered thoroughly and with patience. Rene delivered exactly what he said he would and a bit more. We always felt that they really wanted us to be happy with the work they were doing and we were.
We are thrilled with our beautiful basement which includes a fantastic new bathroom and laundry room!!
Rene and his team made the renovation experience a very positive one.

Royal Basements were for the most part prompt. They showed up when they said they would and on time. They were thorough with their work and showed a consistant attention to detail.

After getting few quotes from other companies, we decided to hire Royal Basements, main reasons they were within our budget and Rene & Team were professional and Nice people to Begin with and 100% payment at completion of the project!!!. they asked for 10 business days, but completed the project in 7 business days (One major point I have to mention is the DESIGN/SKETCH Rene did was SUPER GOOD, the one we suggested was odd, Thank god RENE has some good sense) ,after completion of project even the minor details were fixed. we supplied all the materials in advance, I was away most of the time to work (my wife & 2 year old kid were at home), they just did their work fast & efficient, safe people and can trust, We now have a new Bathroom in the main floor (standing shower, vanity and Toilet) I will post the pictures later, I will definitely hire again (if required) and or recommend Royal Basements (RENE TEAM) to anyone. Rene and his team did an exceptonal job on the work in my house. They were very clean and respectful of the house and pleasant to deal with.I paid for all materials and Rene refunded me on the materials that were not used.(I would not have known the difference had he not have informed me regarding the material.) Thanks to Rene and his team!!!

he was very friendly, worked hard, help out with pot lights, he was referd to us by a friend who had their basement done and was very satisfied with their work. i would recommend his service to anyone looking for a clean finished basement. the even offer painting services if need be but i passed on that and did it my self

We had 3 contractors come to bid on bathroom renovation. The contractor that got the job ended up going over the 4 days quoted to close to a month and we had to use the police to get him out when he threatened us if we didn’t pay him the full amount when the job was only half done. The work he had done to this point was awful and his attitude was worst. On a recommendation from a friend we called Rene in and he redid most of the poor workmanship the first contractor did (incl tearing up the floor and redoing it). He didn’t want a penny until he was done and we were satisfied. His attention to detail, especially with the trim, was incredible. We would recommend Rene in a hear beat. He tells us that he also does basements.
