The sofa came in exactly in 6 weeks as they promised and I love my sofa very much. The reviews on redflagdeals are accurate and I highly suggest this company.

One thing I also would like to mention is their customer service. In my delivery, there was a small accident and one of delivery people got injuried but they still keep finishing their work in a professional manner. Thanks. I will definitely shop back later.

I do not know how other people think Lavie furniture, but as a customer have experiences of walk in and buy furniture in this store, I think I should tell what I feel. I bought customized sofa here. L-shape sofa, I paid $1750. Delivery included!

Price: very good, because I like they use good leather on my sofa, and I know I am a little bit picky, but they told me I can design my sofa, truly is I really got a sofa is what I like. And I know this price is hard to change sofa whatever I want, but it is possible here, because I went to [Company name removed -- Ed], I love a L-sofa, but the chaise is wrong way, they told me can be changed, but need to wait 3 months, and it is special order, need me pay more money. Jesue! After I found lavie, they offer customises service, no additional fee, this is very impressive. and one thing, I changed a lot, and i know some of requirements are strange, they ask me pay more $100, but finally I did not pay! They told me there is no additional charge, but I really asked lot requirements!

Service: there sales are very nice, because I feel they were very patient to hear my idea to change that sofa, and I got some good and professional idea from sales person, be honestly, I do not like most sales person is always focus on sale, push customer so hard, I would rather like this “friends sale”

Waiting time: this is a little problem for me, because it was delayed almost 7 days, but when I ask them what’s going on here, they explain to me that because this sofa changed a lot, then manufactory has a little bit delay, it was true, I changed a lot, at the beginning, I was a bit angry, but later on, I understand them, because this sofa is far way from overseas.

Want to design your sofa, I recommend this furniture company, save me a lot of money, I was planned to buy a modern sofa from [Company name removed -- ed]that budget is around $2200, I love this sofa, later on, I will upgrade picture to see.

I purchased a sectional from this company about 8 weeks ago and I can say that for the price, you cannot get anything better. Full leather U shape sectional sofa, only costs me $2600 including delivery and tax. The sofa is made in China but the quality is very good. I am very happy with this purchase. We bought the bed and desk with hutch for our daughter. The bed came in the extremely bad condition, scratches, workmanship extremely poor, bed full of defects, overall garbage. The desk came in completely different color we ordered. Company refuses accept any of that as the defect and refund money. Run away from this company as far as possible.
