Fabulous group to work with! I'm so pleased!
After an antique wooden desk chair was damaged during a move, I wondered whether it could be repaired (it's certainly irreplaceable). I had *no* idea there were so many furniture repair options available in the GTA and wasn't quite sure where to start... but after some searching I saw that Wood Specialties had SO many good reviews (more than ANY other company!) and decided to take the chance and reached out to Jeff.
Well, I have to say, I am THRILLED with the repair and am so happy to have my chair back! But not only that, the level of professionalism, attention to detail, prompt and clear responses to my questions, and even patience while I sorted out transportation... working with Jeff has been a fabulous experience and although I wouldn't want to need his services again anytime soon, I would 100% without question work with him again. Kudos to Jeff and the Wood Specialties team! :D
