I live in Toronto and I saw many advertisements from professionalroofers, I called them for an estimate for my roof and they quickly sent a salesman to my house. I found the estimate to be fair and now im very happy with the product.

THEY GAVE ME A FREE ESTIMATE, THE SALESMAN ARIEL ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND GAVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION I NEEDED IN ORDER TO GET THE JOB DONE. THEY WORKED VERY FAST WITHOUT COMPRAMISE TO THE WORK QUALITY. IM TOTALLY SASTIFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DID

I started my research with Homestars. I called most of the top Homestar rated companies. They provided me with quotes $20K, $10K, $8K and $6K. Each company gave me their pitch. Some used scare tactics, I never called them back, others couldn't match the price or tried to sell me stuff I didn't think I needed. In the end I went with Professional Roofers and I couldn't be happier. No sales pressure. Just the numbers and what he would do, letting me state the options. Diego's advice was sound. What he offered was what I ended up going with.

The sales was straight forward. In hind sight, Diego told me everything I really needed to know. They installed a quality 130MPH rated architectural shingle made by IKO. They installed ice membrane around the entire perimeter, garage and house, as well as tar paper over the rest. They replaced 1 sheet of plywood and installed my skylight. They replaced the vents and made 1 new one ( the builder forgot to cut the hole).

It was a 2 day job. The crew arrived at 8:30, put out tarps and worked until 4:30, we had rain and thunderstorms that evening. Everything was packed well over night and they finished at a side and made sure the house was ok before the rain started. The next day, they arrived again at 8:30, in the rain. It ended at 9:00 and they went to work for the 2nd day until 4:00.

The crew were A1. I watched and photographed it all. They worked safely, like a team and it was hard labour. They only stopped for lunch. I couldn't work this hard. WOW!

In the end, they cleaned up, removed the tarps, passed the magnetic sweeper. I looked around after they left and found 1 nail and a 2" piece of shingle. That was it. Considering the yard is a 1/4 acre, I'm VERY impressed.

My roof was in bad shape, old shingles wind damage. I called professional roofers in mid April and the roof was completed by the 25th of April. I am very happy with the services professional roofers provided.

A raccoon had pulled shingles off of my roof and ripped a hole in the plywood underneath. The roof was also a bit worse for the wear from age and weathering. I contacted Professional Roofers to replace the shingles and eavestroughs and Patrick got back to me promptly. Throughout the process, Patrick was helpful and answered all of my questions. He helped everything go smoothly and did a good job on the follow-up.

The crew were friendly and professional. They completed the job on schedule (despite some rain) and they did a good job of clean up after they were done.

The new roof and eavestrough look very smart and modern. I'm very happy with the job that Professional Roofers did. They definitely live up to their name.

The salesman Ariel was a very nice man, a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. All the other workers were very polite and did a nice job on my house. They worked quickly and cleaned up as they went along. I was impressed with the quote package and product and company information provided, especially their insurance and Worker's Compensation disclosure.

The workers who came to my house from professionalroofers and built my roof did a great job, they worked fast and finished before the expected deadline. The communicated what was going on very well. They did a beautiful job and made sure the area was spic and span.

Professional Roofers did an amazing job. Patrick went over things several times to make sure that I understood everything that needed to be done to my aunt's home (being a women and all LOL). Unfortunately, my elderly aunt had some unscrupulous roofers stop at her home from time to time to tell her that her roof needed fixing (which it didn't). Anyway it ended up that she had FIVE layers of shingles on her roof. Patrick and his crew came in and within three days had everything done. They took everything right down to the bare wood including the flat roof. It was amazing how hard they worked. After the job was done, you wouldn't have even known that work had been done, because everything was absolutely immaculate when they left. I was so impressed that I called my daughter in Ajax and she had her roof done by him too. She was also really impressed with their work. No question was too stupid to ask, and he gave me brochures to better understand the quality of the shingles that were available. Everytime I called, Patrick got back to me within a very short time. The one thing that impressed me about Patrick was that he wasn't pushy and also how bad he felt that my aunt had been ripped off by fly-by-night roofers which makes it hard for honest roofing companies. I would recommend Professional Roofers to anyone.
