We had professional roofers.com complete or re-roof, I was very satisfied. Fair price, great service, did what they said they would do and then some. Great clean up, respectful crew. I am an avid DIY'er and have high expectations for quality in work and service, they met or exceeded.

My only -ve was minor, a bit late starting on day 1 - but was promptly looked into with a quick phone call and was advised the crew was on their way - and they showed up 10 min later.

Overall professional roofers did a pretty good job replacing my roof. Jonathan explained everything clearly and provided accurate estimate. I really appreciate the fact that Jonathan has sent a person to cover leaking part of my roof prior to the actual replacement free of any extra charge. Workers that were replacing the roof did a great job. They placed my bathroom vent exactly where I indicated and did a good job replacing plywood and shingles. The roof looks great. I also had a solar vent installed on my roof with no extra charge. I had couple of issues that we had resolve in the process. First, the vents that were delivered were plastic instead of aluminum that I was promised. Second, the workers did not know that they were supposed to install the solar vent that I was promised. Eventually everything was resolved and everything was done properly just as I wanted. Great experience overall.

Professional Roofers are exactly as their name implies. From start to finish, their team did everything they could to ensure that we were satisfied with the work done. They were prompt at making an appointment to quote on the project and were on time when arriving. All of the details and options were well explained and the documentation was helpful. One of the things that sets this company apart from the others is that they allowed us to choose the brand and model of shingles that we had researched and decided upon whereas the other companies were pushing discounted shingles. We wanted to ensure that the job was done correctly the first time and this is why we chose this company. They were in the middle for price of the 7 quotes we had from different companies which is reasonable. On the day of installation, the crew was prompt and prepared. They set up quickly and got to work. The entire job was completed in one day unlike some of the other companies I see in the area leaving the roof bare or half done and then coming back another day. Everything was inspected by a supervisor in the end and arrangements were even made to fix a few small issues that were not perfect. The new roof looks and functions perfectly and I would highly recommend Professional Roofers to anyone. They just go above and beyond what is expected of roofing companies.

Diego came and was very polite and gave a great quote to redo my roof. They came on scheduled date and were very efficient and cleaned up after they were done. Oscar came at the end for quality control and gave me a walkthru of work to make sure i was satisfied. Would definitely recommend them.

Review from Etobicoke, I have a 1000 sq ft bungalo with low slop and recently had my roof replaced by Professional roofers. They did a great job , fast and good. Done by the end of the day with everything cleaned up very good. Used GAF shingles for this job with standard underlay. The price was a little steep for the size of the house but needed to get it replaced asap.
It also came with a solor vent for the roof just to note.
I would recomemnd these guys 100% but just a little pricy.

My shingles were in terrible shape and our roof had only been reshingled about 12 years ago and that company is no longer in business. I called in a few roofers to take a look at the problem but I was the most comfortable with the information given by Patrick of Professional Roofers. We had made an appointment and on that day, he called prior to the time to tell me he would be a little bit late and gave me his estimated time of arrival (to me this was a good start to the potential relationship). Once he arrived he climbed on the roof and gave me a detailed estimate and was able to answer all my questions. One of the other reasons why I initially liked his company was that someone answered my first phone call and was able to arrange an appointment right away so I didn't have to wait for someone to call me back. A week before installation the office called to confirm the shingle colour choice and then a few days before, I also received another confirmation call. The installation itself was very smooth and the crew was fantastic. They worked very hard and it was a sweltering day. They took care to protect the windows of my home and my neighbour's air conditioner. I really appreciated the forethought. Clean-up was wonderful and they took care to clean both sides of my neighbours as well since the houses were quite close together. All-in-all a great experience and hopefully we will never have to call their 24hour emergency roofing service but we are glad that there will be someone on the other end of the line should be ever need it. I would highly recommend this company to others and have already done so!
