They cleaned up very thoroughly after themselves, which I appreciated. The employees went above and beyond, by bringing us a variety of samples to examine (even when we changed our minds a few times), and even gave us suggestions on what colours would best match the brick on our home. Their referral program is an added bonus. Thank you for a great job!

We got our roof replaced for our house and our shed. The process of getting an estimate went very smoothly compared to a lot of the other companies we called. They also offered a good price in comparison. The work was done quickly and so far appears to be of good quality. The cleanup wasn't perfect but overall I would recommend this company for any roofing needs.

I noticed a leak coming from the roof and decided to replace thhe shingles on the entire roof as it had been 15 years since it had been done.I called Professional roofers at 10:00 pm on a Thursday and was surprised to get an answer not a recording. An appointment was set for Sat. morning and Patrick came to see me. He explained everything needed in detail and sent someone on Monday to do a temporary fix until the work was to be done. The crew arrived on time, did an excellent job and cleanup. I would highly recommend this company.

This review comes a bit late as I had ProfessionalRoofers.com replace my shingles on my semi detached back in December 2011. Their estimator (Deigo) was very pleasant to deal with and provided the most comprehensive estimate package among the three roofing companies I contacted. Their price was very competitive and it is nice to know they work with name brand shingles that offer great warranties. ProffessionalRoofers.com must have the hardest working employees I have seen as they began work around 8am and did not stop (even for lunch) until about 5pm when the sun started to set. After a year, the shingles still look and perform great.

My only complaint was the removal of a piece of old metal facia (which I had asked them to do) but that unexpectedly opened a gap into my attic. The foreman and inspector that day did suggest replacing it with another metal sheet but I declined as I wanted a proper facia board first, and then the metal facia afterwards. They did not recommend this and I’m sure this would’ve cost them another day on the site (to pickup and install material). As I knew I had a lot of other work pending (eavestroughs, soffit, etc) I told them it was fine and to leave it as is….it just would’ve been nice if the company took the initiatives to suggest having it done right and spend the extra time. I would've been fine with paying a bit more for the extras.

Professional could not have been more professional. The roof looks great, it no longer leaks and they did an excellent job with the clean-up. They fixed the plaster that was damaged by the job and came back twice to fix some minor problems. They were always prompt, polite and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.
