I had used Professional roofers on previous 4 occasion in the past 3 years to patch my existing roof. All the patch up work done were excellent and hence I decided to award Professional Roofers the contract to put a new roof/shingles.
Right from the sales process through execution, the vendor was very professional and I was very happy with the price point. Though they are not the cheapest in the market at the same time they are not the costliest and I did find great value for the price I paid.
Quality of the roof and the work done was excellent - these guys know their stuff. Cleanup up of the mess after the roofing is commendable - we were thoroughly impressed. They went to the extend of replacing roof boards, if one was found to be defective (a few included in the package) - this made me feel very comfortable that my roof was being assessed for any damage and being fixed instead of just overlaying the shingles.
One small issue that came up during execution but was resolved quickly was that the guys ran out of a specific paint color for the flashing. The workers were a bit hesitant to give me the time to purchase and were pushing for the ones they had at hand. A call to the office was required, and I had argue to get them to comply and allow me to get the right color. Having said this, I would say that the part of the problem may have been caused by me assuming that they would have the right color - I should have discussed this early on instead of waiting until the last moment.
Other than this minor hiccup, they guys are very professional, easy to work with, excellent quality of work and I would recommend them to my friends and they are my preferred vendors for any new roof in the future.

I shopped around to get a new roof for my semi detached house. Most estimates were in the same range whithin $300-400 but a few where like $1,800 more than the average. Professional Roofer was in the range pricewise. What made the difference for me was that Jon, the estimator was the only one who climbed up the roof to see waht is happening there. Jon submitted me the estimate in a binder full of general information about roofing which educated me and helped me to evaluate the other estimates. Jon was very helpful with all my questions and he responded promptly by emai or text. The work on the roof started on the scheduled day in the morning. The installer team was very young, I believe that they were four all together and they work fast. They finished two roofs, mine and my neighbor's a little after lunch time cleaning included. You could see the way they worked how skilled they are. They had handy all the tools they needed. All of them awere very friendly and helpful. They used tarps and plywood to protect the A/C and around the house.
After installation was finished, the QC person, Leo, came and went up on the roof to inspect the work. He signed the the warranty and we were all done.
Professional Roofers is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with.
Professional Roofers followed up with us in about three weeks to remind us to also register our warranty on their web site. I texed Jon and he replied right away and helped me to register online.
The excellent service Professional Roofers do does not stop. They are as nice before they get the job as they are after they finished the job.

We are very pleased with the work that was done to our home. From the meeting with the estimator, to the day the work was completed; everyone was polite, knowledgeable and professional. Professional Roofers employees were able to finish the job assigned to them in just one day. They were extremely polite, dressed and spoke respectfully (not surprisingly) and worked very, very hard until the job was done. We obtained four quotes, prior to choosing a vendor, and while they weren't the cheapest, they weren't the most expensive either. We were especially impressed with all of the extras they include as part of their packages (e.g. closed valleys, asphalt felt) as well as how thorough they were both for the estimation assessment, and the day the work was done. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Professional Roofers.

Professional Roofers did both shingles and a flat root treatment to our entire house, and we could not be happier with their service and, yes, professionalism -- they do live up to their name. They installed ridge vents throughout, moved and installed a proper raised vent on the flat roof section, and also provided a FREE solar powered vent to actively vent the sloped roof!

I called upon Professional Roofers in mid-May under duress of a water leak in my attic due to roof damage. They responded promptly to provide a quote. I found the quote to be fair and confirmed the job quickly. They were able to book in my install date within a week which was great considering some other guys I called were too busy or never even returned a call. PR were punctual on the install date, did the job within the time promised and cleaned up well. A week later I received a quick follow-up to register my warranty etc. Overall I am very impressed with my entire experience with Professional Roofers as it definitely matched up to their name.
