The experience was great from initial contact with Diego who walked me through the options and provided feedback which was helpful to make a decision. Then the crew with the set up, clean up was more than I expected. They worked so well together and Fernando who came to check on the team working and walked me through anything else that they came across while removing the old to replace with new material. The shingles on our roof were old and needed replacing. We had seen the Professional Roofers crew at another site in our neighbourhood and were impressed at how clean the site was.
Their team was professional, courteous, clean and quick. They replaced the shingles on our roof, reinforced some roof boards, re-caulked our eavestroughs, they added two roof vents and extended our bathroom vent. They were thorough.

Pleasure dealing with this company throughout the entire process, from quotation to final installation. There were no ambiguities and questions were answered honestly. Cost was competitive and service was prompt and professional. The installation crew maintained a clean and safe work environment while exhibiting expertise in their job. At the end of each day the area was cleared of debris while the site was left in excellent condition upon completion. Maintained schedule as agreed with no unexpected delays.
