This company is horrible. The ONLY reason i went back to them is that they gave me 2 x $100 gift CARDS. I had to get my roof repaired this year due to a windstorm. Paid $1000 out of pocket. But could not use the first $100 gift card because it has to be over $2000. and they only told me this after. They sent me another gift card to be used the "next time" i need service. Great $200 bucks towards my next purchase. No where does it say that you can only use ONE. No where does it say it has to be over a certain amount.
3 weeks later we had the MASSIVE windstorm and it took 90% of my shingles off. Had to replace the whole roof. No only did they NOT warrant the work they did 3 weeks prior, they would not allow me to use the gift cards AND they tried to charge me MORE than the total that they gave me.
Never again will i use this company and i do NOT recommend them.
