Roof leaked after only a few years.... terrible job.
Our roof leaked into a room that had just been remodeled. The Owner of Professional Roofers fought with Us and he was totally rude, after being asked for a warranty repair. Their people were totally unprofessional and completely difficult to work with. They would not cover the warranty repair to our Roof as they didn't seal around the roof openings. They did a terribly poor job, it leaked horribly, and this has been a total nightmare. I will NEVER recommend Professional Roofers to anyone, as they are totally unprofessional. Thank you for your time. Don't call them.

This review was based on a actual occurrence with Your Company, right at the top, and is not based on falsehood. Why, when we called you four or five times, would you not answer our queries. You are totally unprofessional, and excuse me if MY FAMILY refuses to ever call you number ever again. You are a total nightmare of a Company, and we are just Customers with a real issue with Your UNPROFESSIONALISM. I hope people read this and are made aware of how bad you People really are. We want NOTHING to do with You or Your Company, from the top on down.
