An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Guys were great, efficient and clean. Right now I am only waiting for a report so I can get all my information in order for the future. I am quite particular in workmanship and I had seen this company replace a neighbour's roof a year ago and was impressed. I asked the foreman to be on the roof while my job was being done. At certain points we would discuss options, sometimes he saw it my way, other times we did it his way. I would have rated the job a 10 had the crew took shingles from random bundles to mix slight colour variations. When this was pointed out, they quickly adapted for the remainder of the roof.
