Around 6 years ago I purchased a leather couch from Boss leather. While I absolutely love the couch the cushions started showing signs of wear within a couple of years. So much so that some appear lopsided when I switch them regularly. I have been in contact with the store a few times and keep being told that they are too busy to re stuff the cushions and will be for many more months. I was hoping this couch would last for years and years but now I’m considering replacement. Very disappointed

We are doing our best in Unprecedented times, Foam suppliers frame suppliers are all overwhelmed and demand has increased making raw materials very hard to get a hold of. We never said we would not re stuff your cushions we just said when things get less hectic we would. So although you are disappointed things could be worse. Stay Safe and remember our competition does not even offer these services.
