Nothing but good things to say about my recent experience at BOSS. It was definitely worth making the trip up to Bolton! Danielle was very informative and explained everything in detail from the build process to the different types of leather and made great suggestions with no sales pressure which is a welcome change.
Great care was taken during the delivery to make sure that neither the sofa nor my walls or floors were damaged. The quality of the leather and build of couch is excellent - definitely the real deal. Their work is done locally which is a big plus. It even came a week early which was a bonus!
Everything from the sales process to the delivery was nothing but professional. It helps that it’s a family-run business so everyone is invested in making sure customers are happy.
