Excellent job compared to many neighbours on my street who had their roof done with other companies. Very professional, they took their time and did an excellent job and an excellent clean up when the work was done. My neighbours wish they could have called Titan Roof Works. When I set out to find a reliable roofing company, I consulted 5 different companies, including one that is mentioned on a local radio station. The only one that was personally recommended by a colleague was Shawn's company. Even so, I interviewed the others just in case. In comparing all the companies, I'd have to say that Shawn stood out in his personable approach, taking time to answer questions, explaining the process thoroughly and basically, making me feel very assured that our home was going to be in the right hands. I liked how he encouraged finding out as much as I could, never making me feel pressured to use his company but simply educated me on the things to look for. Even when I questioned the reputability of one of the companies I was considering, he never spoke negatively of them. Shawn has shown himself to be integrous simply because he is confident of what his company delivers: professionalism, quality and service in a timely manner. His quote was in the mid range. I'm glad I didn't go with the cheapest guy (that company turned out to be one that had changed company names because their reviews were so bad). Shawn did what he said he would do; his men worked quickly and efficiently and were courteous. He even took the time to look into some leaking issues that weren't related to the roof as well as returning to my home to look at an issue I had that was purely aesthetic. I had already warned him that I was a "picky" consumer. I'm glad to say that he humoured me and was very professional yet friendly. Needless to say; I had no hesitation in recommending him to our neighbor who also has very high standards. Thanks, Shawn, for making the experience pleasant. It was a pleasure dealing with you. I live in Milton and needed to have my shingled roof replaced. Titan was not the cheapest quote we received but after Shawn took the time to sit down and explain what his company does and encouraged us to do research his company and products used - we decided to go with his company. We were especially concerned about our four velux skylights in the sun-room and were relieved to find they were qualified installers. We signed the contract and the roof was completed 3 days later, hard to beat that service. The work crew was very hard working and very polite. I watched them work on my sun room and was very happy with the detailed and careful work they did. Clean up was great - didn't find one piece of debris anywhere on my property.

We are very satisfied with the work of Titans. All workers were very friendly and completed everything(including cleaning up) in one day. If we would repair our roof again we would definitely contact the company, TItans roof works.

The workers were very conscientous and worked very diligently all day.Great clean up and follow up.The second day the eaves were replaced and done exactly as asked.These workers were also very efficent.

Titans RoofWorks did a great job installing our new roof. Work was commenced within days of our accepting its offer. The crew was polite and punctual. The job started and finished on time. Best of all, they did a great job cleaning up and we did not find any nails in our driveway after the job was completed!

We could not be more pleased with the job that Shawn and his team did for us. Our questions were answered thoroughly; the whole process was very efficient: the contract was signed; next day, the shingles arrived, the day after, the bin was delivered, and the work was finished in one day. The roofing team worked very well together; they were efficient, professional, courteous, and they did an amazing job, and thorough cleaning-up. We would not hesitate to recommend Titans Roofworks Inc. to our friends and neighbours.

Great company. Shawn and the guys did a great job. I brought in alot of contractors for quotes, but Shawn was the only one that knew all the details about installing a ridge vent which I wanted done. Anything that I didn't like, one call to Shawn and it was fixed the same day. Well done.
