Needed some basic roof repairs done. After reading sooo many horror stories of customers who had work done by XYZ company's, who just up and disappeared over night after being paid for hack jobs, I found Titans Roof Works in Oakville. Spoke with their customer service dept, that was extremely helpful and courteous. Explained everything I needed to know and answered all of my annoying questions. I was actually told that due to my homes location being outside of their jurisdiction, they weren't willing to take the job. However after talking through it, Titan came through in the clutch and hooked me up. Due to a typical early spring snow storm in Ontario and my roof not being an emergency, they were out in about 2 weeks to fix it. When the roofers showed up they were great in addressing all my next set of annoying questions. Got the job done and explained to me everything that they had completed and what they had taken pictures of to submit back to the office. Highly recommend Titans Roof Works, and will be calling them in the future. We need more creditable businesses like this in Ontario!!!!!
