We had some condensation issues in an upstairs closet during the winter. A roofer I called last year took a look at the attic, made some recommendations, and did some work, but they did not solve the problem. Titans Roofworks identified the real issue immediately at their first inspection, and then quickly scheduled the job to solve the problem.

I learned that not all roofers are equal, especially if your issues are not "obvious" (missing or broken shingles or clear water leakage) but rather about more complex matters like ventilation, insulation, and air flow balance. These guys know their stuff.

It was very pleasant dealing with Shawn at RoofWorks. He was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. After a few delays due to weather, the upgrade was done when it was safe to do it. It was done when it was scheduled and on time.

We were looking for a company to upgrade the attic insulation in our 26 year old 2 story home in Oakville. The old blown-in fibreglass insulation had gotten compressed over the years and just was not doing a good job anymore. Our south-facing master bedroom was terribly hot in the summer, and cold and drafty in the winter. We usually keep the furnace set to 72F, and we were lucky to get the upstairs to 68F in winter. I called a few places, and got a few quotes. We chose Titans to do the work. Shawn was a pleasure to deal with right from the first contact - very professional and with a great sense of humour! Shawn came out to assess our attic, and used modern technology (drone and satellite imagery) to provide us with info on our roof. After seeing the damage where raccoons had been trying to bust through the old plastic vents, we decided to also upgrade the vents, and got a couple of whirly birds put in for active venting. I was afraid they would be large and overbearing, but they are barely visible from the street. After some rescheduling due to weather, the work was completed quickly. Richard and Cody were super nice guys and very professional, and were able to do 99.9% of the work from outside the house! Something we appreciated very much in these Covid times. When Richard (or Cody? hard to tell) did come in the house to insulate the attic hatch, he was suited up in like a whole hazmat suit with ventilator, so we had no concerns about Covid there. Because they did almost all the work of blowing in the cellulose attic insulation from the outside, there was no clean up required indoors at all. The guys went around and tidied up the outside of our property after they were done. That evening, after the guys had left, we noticed that the upstairs was very quiet, much more than it used to be. And then our house started to warm up. After the upgraded insulation, the upstairs warmed all the way up to 71F! Some mornings it even makes it up to 72F! The insulation has made a huge difference. I haven't gotten a heating bill yet, but I expect to see quite a reduction in our gas use. I can hardly wait to see our summertime savings. We will get the guys back to do some eavestrough and aluminum trim work in the spring. Titans RoofWorks gets a 10/10 in my book, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for attic insulation or roof work.

They were very prompt, pleasant and efficient. Only negative comment is they used an old Google Maps photo, so now we have three shingles of the wrong colour.

If required, I will not hesitate to reach back. This time asking they better match the shingle colour.

Titans replaced and upgraded all of my attic insulation. We had a problem with squirrels and mice. They also have been fixing my shingles each year and I am planning to have them replace my shingles next year in the Spring. They did my neighbour's house last summer and did a great job. The company and crew are very professional and I chose them over lower priced contractors who sometimes do not charge HST and/or cannot verify that they have the proper insurance. I trust Shawn and his crews and would highly recommend them
