Clicklock Premium Metal Roofing

After the metal roof was installed with a lifetime warranty, snow came off roof in avalanches. I was afraid someone would be hurt or my dogs would be buried alive. Contacted Clicklock for snow barriers to break the snow up. I paid $500 plus $25 each barrier (total $1695). Great for a couple of years then noticed 2 had lifted. Called company and they said no warranty for barriers. They would replace for another $500 plus $25 each. I had a roofer take a look and some of the screws used were not long enough and weren't catching properly. Problem not the barriers but length of screws used. No response from clicklock and nobody returns calls. Do not recommend as company has extremely poor service. Paid almost $25,000 for roof plus $1,695 for barriers and get poor service and no response from a live person or email after the initial one.
