We purchased both our heating and cooling units from Richard. We have received 10/10 service and advice from Coretemp. We highly recommend them. They respond to our emails or call immediately and were quick to assess and fix the problem. Both units have been very reliable. The issue we had with the furnace and was the work of a spider and not the unit itself. Thank you Richard and Eric!
