It's autumn, furnace is not working and it's getting cold. Richard comes, looks at the furnace, looks at the thermostat, and very quickly figures out that we have wrong setting in the thermostat: something about "heat pump" that I don't understand but he knows all about. Now we have a warm air in the house. He did not even charge us anything - says that was too simple. :)

I must also say, this summer CoreTemp installed new air conditioner and tankless water heater in out house.
