My furnace stopped working, called Core Temp for their 24/7 service, but Richard was on a job and couldn't accommodate us. He recommended we get some in the morning and closer in my area to avoid extra charges if he comes in a long way.
However he stayed on the phone asking about the problem, walking me through troubleshooting steps till it actually worked again. He spent about 20 min helping me on the phone without expecting any return.
Very helpful, very honest.
