Hardwood installation on second floor
We had a good experience with Floorwood. Communication with Patricia was always very prompt - and she was very helpful in our decision with the hardwood selection - colour and plank size. We decide to go ahead with the installation based on the positive reviews on Homestars. Rob and Darek did a wonderful job with the hardwood installation for our upper foyer and office (approximately 360 sq ft). They had to work around some uneven subfloors and also some poorly installed nosings by the builder. In the end the floors look great.
We did notice a couple issues the day after the installation (some tiny nail holes) and a couple spots where the carpet was lifting up at the bedroom entrances...I contacted Patricia and Darek was out the next day to resolve them. Great customer service!
Overall a great experience - we would use them again.
