They did a great job of quickly installing a one-way door to keep the squirrels from coming back. They also checked all over the house to ensure any entry points were taken care of. Really nice, really fast, really thorough.

had a squirrel try to eat its way into the house through the board and baton siding. They came and put wire mesh on the area and also on the other side of the roof line. As i was leaving the next day they came within hours of me calling which i was very happy about.

Swat attended at the appointed our. The representative, Randy, was polite and professional and went to work right away . Randy was a pleasure to deal .

Derek was extremely responsive to our needs, visiting us on a Monday after we called on a Sunday. He was very respectful of the efforts we had been through so far to deal with our racoons, and that the entrypoint and den were on different properties with different owners. He was more hesitant to cut through the ceiling than we were, fearing that he might not be able to grab all the babies from the difficult location. Alas, he bagged them all with minimal disturbance to the property, and evicted the mother.

Afterwards, he guided us through how to reinforce our porch ourselves, understanding that we needed to save a few dollars by doing the work ourselves. He also explained various issues regarding the mother coming back to retreive her babies (she ran off with one, and left three), and gave us strategies for several cases. We did have to remain vigilant to the mother's efforts, and take action to assert that she knew where she was, but Derek is largely responsible for arming us to deal with it.

The cost was only a hair lower than the averages I was seeing in estimates, but I can't imagine we could have gotten better service elsewhere. I certainly know who I will call the next time some woodland creatures decide to make my home theirs.

The folks at swat wildlife were on time and very professional. They explained thoroughly what they would do and broke on the cost. There was no pressure to get anything extra.
