Swat Wildlife and Insulation

I called SWAT wildlife as a result of their high ratings and because I suspected either raccoons or skunks were living under the deck. In addition, there was a very strong odour. I was so glad I did. From the initial phone call they explained in detail the process to get rid of the animals and answered any questions I had both on the phone and when they arrived. They were up front and honest about the price and were quick to respond. Brian was amazing! He was so pleasant to deal with and quickly identified the odour as being a dead raccoon underneath the deck. I was concerned about damage to the deck but luckily he was able to remove the animal and replace the board in its place without any damage. The technicians were professional, efficient and showed care for the animals. It was quite a tricky job as our building is very tall and narrow with construction and wires on both sides. We have had squirrels in the roof of our Victorian semi on two different occasions over the years and have called SWAT each time. They are professional and knowledgeable and in-spite of us having some of the most persistent squirrels on the planet, the guys kept coming back until all was fixed with both entry and exits blocked. I had an issue with a raccoon in my garage. The swatlife representative was fantastic. Removing the created nest. And providing proactive advice to deter raccoons in the future. He also noticed my neighbour was renovating and recommended being proactive about rodent control. I’d highly recommend this service and my neighbours have also used them for other services.

There was some chirping sound in my attic and these guys came inspected and removed the bird and its family. They made sure nothing come back inside the attic and sealed everything.

A raccoon had died under my deck. Despite being in a tricky spot, Randy did an excellent and quick job of removing it. He was very friendly and did a great, professional job.

We have a raccoon family of mom with 4 babies living underneath our deck. It wouldn't have been an issue if they stayed underneath and only come out at night time but when they decided to come out during the day as well and to sleep on our bbq grill under its cover, we had to call SWAT Wildlife to resolve this issue. We have young children and could not leave them outside to play in the backyard anymore since the mom and its babies took over our backyard.
We called SWAT on Sunday and Randy, the technician came in on Tuesday morning. After checking all entry points that were inside our backyard, he told us that it would only make sense to close up all entry points within our backyard, so they could not come up to the deck anymore. There was no way he could put a mesh fence around the entire property as all decks on our street were connected and open underneath. So, the goal was to prevent the raccoons from having easy access to our deck and backyard, so they would have to look for other entry points to get in and out.
We were very happy with how thorough Randy was when closing up the entry points. We now feel much safer again when going out to our deck and backyard. Now, we are crossing fingers that the raccoon family will move on and not bother us on our property anymore. Will recommend SWAT to friends and neighbors if they were in need of an honest and reliable pest control company.

Prompt, courteous service to address holes in the garage roof made by raccoons. While it appeared the raccoons had moved on, a one-way door was installed in case any animals were still hiding inside. It was a relief to have the problem dealt with so quickly.

A squirrel made a home under our roof (literally). I called Swat Wildlife and two days later they sent Endre to investigate and propose a solution. He came, diagnosed, and fixed the problem the same day, even though it turned out to be a much bigger job than anticipated (the wood under the shingles at the edge of the roof was rotten or missing along the whole perimeter, and the roofers who had worked on it two years prior didn't point that out). After sealing the roof all around, he installed a one-way door and the squirrel was out within the hour after the job was completed. No more ruckus in the morning. Endre also cleared and sealed the bird nests he found at the corners of the house. I am very happy with his service. Highly recommended.
