Swat Wildlife and Insulation

Great service. Very efficient and conscientious. Effective too as far as how Rob managed our mice issue. He also went through all of issues/options in great detail. Definitely recommend.

Rob was very thorough and communicated everything clearly. He did the job quickly but carefully. We are very satisfied with Swat Wildlife. This is our 3rd time using them for 3 different wildlife issues and all 3 times have been excellent service.

Randy was great, he came in with a good attitude, got quickly to work, provided solutions, got the job done and left.

Raccoons tried to claw their way into my attic and Randy came the next day to assess the damage. He showed me vent where the raccoons tried to get in, and installed animal prevention screens on the vents on my roof. Randy was professional and the work was done quickly. I appreciated the quick turn around and friendly service.

We have an awful odour, something is dead. The rep on the phone said Randy would look for the source and would go forward with the removal if successful in locating it, and would look for any entry points. I clarified I want to make sure the dead critter gets removed.
Upon arriving, Randy did look for the source, but said they rarely locate anything and can mostly just look for entry points and sell us a bag to absorb the odour. Said finding it would require cutting a bunch of holes in the walls, and still isnt likely.
I wouldnt have booked the appointment if the phone rep had said they dont usually find it and just sell an odour absorber. Could just buy that online. She didnt guarantee it would be found, and did say the removal would be priced based on how hard it is to remove it, but she did assure me he could most likely find and remove the source of the odour, and he definitely said otherwise when he got here. He was very nice, though, and did do some sniffing around.

I found a dead raccoon in my backyard over the weekend. Luckily SWAT Wildlife answered my call and quickly set up a time in the next day for someone to come a remove it. Unfortunately I mentioned I would not be home at the time. The next day I spoke with Randy who had been to my backyard and had removed the dead raccoon, and he provided me with all of the steps he took. I was very happy with the service provided especially on such short notice. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great Job. They were able to find the verify it was squirrels and find the non obvious hole in a difficult spot (tight and with electrical). After putting in a one-way door, no more squirrel noises or sounds! Now closed up and (fingers crossed) a long time to the next issue. Many Thanks

I had trouble with squirrels setting up shop in the narrow space between my house and my neighbour's. I called Swat Wildlife and set up an appointment. They arrived on time, quickly identified the source of the problem, and fixed it on the spot. Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable.

We called Swat Wildlife and they sent someone the next day. Rob thoroughly inspected our roof and made recommendations. He did the job quickly and cleanly. Weve used Swat a few times and have always had a good experience.

I called at 2 PM and by noon next day Squirrel problem taken care of.
