I booked Swat Wildlife based on all the positive homestar reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. Swat Wildlife cancelled our appointment and rescheduled later in the day, which we agreed too, but they came over an hour early which was disruptive as we work from home and had to get off a scheduled conference call with our paying customers (not cool!)
Our main concern when we booked Swat wildlife was mice, and we booked them because they say on their website "SWAT Wildlife will do a full inspection of your home from attic, to garage to basement....locating high traffic areas". This is a stretch of what they do, in my opinion. Sure, they looked around, but the guy simply said "everyone has mice, and mice get in everywhere". Well, based on other people's reviews on here, some technicians from this company in other cases did find entry points and upon inspection, also found other problems and provided preventative solutions to the customer. I was thus expecting more; the website is leading. As it turns out, we found some blatant areas after the guys left that we thought may be entry points (along with a likely mouse nest), but we expected the professionals to help us with that!
Some poison was then thrown into the attic, three left downstairs, and
The guy also said, "Ill leave a rat poison too in case"...what! If you think I have rats, shouldn't you be doing more of an inspection (see above)!!
The guys left in about 15 minutes at most! For 320.00 bucks, I could have got poison and thrown it in my attic in 15 minutes for much less.
And finally, I had a coupon, which they said they would honor, but I have called twice now and have not received compensation. Its been three weeks.
So, in the end, not worth it. Buy your own poison if you have mice and save yourself the money. Or, try another company that actually cares that you have mice and helps you rid them, as anyone can simply put mouse poison around...........

Thanks for your feed back Natalie, let me start by apologizing for the experience you had with SWATs service.
We do not make a habbit of showing up early unannounced, unfortunately some appointments do get switched from time to time as dealing with Wildlife can be unpredictable.
As far as our mice services, it's a treatment, we do not focus on entry points, we use a commercial grad rodenticide which cannot be purchased or applied without a license, hence our service charge.
This application is also very effective so please know that what the tech applied is really where we get our cost from and not the time it takes to distribute.
The attic inspection is also key which was done.
As far as the $25 off we ask to have it presented to the technician upon service, however we have no problem crediting it back. After talking to our office staff we have not received any email or voicemail with regards to refund??
