When I called, Patti was extremely helpful. Although they were fully booked, Patti understood that my elderly mother was extremely upset to have raccoons in her attic. She was able to send Brian out the same day. Brian took the time to explain how everything worked. He checked the attic and found a raccoon (no babies thank goodness). He installed the one way door and assured me the raccoon would eventually leave to feed. His charming smile and Irish accent convinced me this raccoon would leave on it's own. He sealed up other possible entry points, and we scheduled him to come back in a week to check the attic again, and if the raccoon had vacated he would remove the one way door and seal up that entry point. Thankfully it all worked out. Brian was extremely pleasant and got the job done.
