Poor Service - does not honor price
I didn't have a paper copy of the $25 coupon off my first service. I paid and provided it after for a refund. They refused to honor it. It is so short sighted since I have a large property and want a pest control professional service I could use over the long term. It wasn't about the discount as the amount is immaterial. Rather, it's disappointing they didn't value any future relationship with me. And their behavior suggests they would nickle and dime me rather than look for solutions. I would NEVER recommend them. HORRIBLE

Sorry you did not receive your $25 off, the coupon is to be shown on the day the work is carried out as stated on the print out, even if you verbalized to the technician the coupon, we would have honored. We do not refund credit cards for the coupon after the fact.
