Swat Wildlife and Insulation

A neighbour had seen a raccoon crawling in and out of my chimney, which is no longer in use. And then I started hearing critters running around and chewing things in the attic. I called SWAT and was impressed from the get-go. Their voice message said they'd return the call within the hour: it was 10 minutes. Ken came out the next day, found numerous entry points and closed them up with one-way doors. He was prompt, courteous and professional and took the time to explain what was going on. This was a couple of weeks ago and the squirrels and raccoons have not returned, the ultimate goal of this whole exercise!
