Terrible service. They are only interested in dealing with you IF you want to spend lots of money. They don’t want your business if you only want to spend $50k.
Michael kept talking about a $200k project he is doing and what a hassle it is having to keep changing plans to please the client and his boss. So it’s clear from his comments that it is a huge inconvenience working with clients to give them what they want.
There are so many kitchen companies. Go elsewhere.

Contrary to your Impression, and although we do nice work in the price range you mentioned, we actually cater to every need a client has for cabinetry in their home, with no minimum. It is true there are many cabinet companies out there, however only the best few such as ourselves can claim being a reputable well established company that provides top quality products and service for over 25 years. This achievement doesnt happen overnight and certainly not by turning clients away. We value and respect all clients regardless of budget.
We would only turn away clients if the project was not in the scope of our work, such as door Refacing, repainting existing kitchens or retrofitting our cabinets to blend into existing kitchens.I would like to discuss your experience with you directly rather than via the internet if possible.
