When the faucet in our bath tub broke off and water was spraying everywhere, we had to shut the water off for the whole house.
Not only did this happen on the weekend, but the night before we were expecting 25 people for our daughter's 1st birthday party.
We called Valentin at 9pm Saturday night and he promptly returned our call at 9:15pm. The next day he arrived on time at 10am.
He inspected the problem and explained what our options were (including what the cost would be) prior to starting to the work.
He mentioned that he may need to break the tile in our shower area to fix the problem but that he would try not to. He was able
to fix the problem without breaking tile and he even used vinegar to shine the hardware which made it look brand new. Valentin
was very polite, and he worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job well. He is a very honest person and very reasonably
priced. We will definitely be calling him again for our future bathroom reno.

We needed to remove some poorly placed plumbing and change out a third of our old cast iron stack. Valentin was definitely up to the job! I was surprised how many plumbers didn't bother to respond to my inquiry - but Valentin responded the same day I contacted him; and he was was in to quote the next day. He was very thorough in his initial assessment and he was very mindful of our project and ideas. We were on a tight timeline to get the plumbing done as we had other contractors coming through, and Valentin - though very busy - found the time to get the job done on time. I found Valentin to be very professional, personable and efficient. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and finished the job on time and on budget. Watching him work, you can tell that his is very knowledgeable and a master at his trade. His price is very reasonable compared to other quotes we received, and his work was exceptional. I definitely have peace of mind knowing that the plumbing was done right! I will be calling Strong Plumbing for future projects and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Valentin is a great plumber but also a smart and considerate person. On a Friday night about a week before Christmas 2010, a water pipe burst under the basement floor in my elderly parents house. My mother was in a panic. We had to turn off the water main because hot water was sepping up through the concrete floor. On Saturday morning when I left a phone message for Valentin. He called me back within minutes. He said he was all booked up for next week but that he would see what he could do. He called back soon and said that he and another man could come on Sunday. My parents and I were so relieved. We had confidence in and trusted Valentin. Valentin asked some questions so he understood the problem and to help him figure out what he needed to do. I was impressed with his ability to remember the layout of the basement and all the pipes. On Sunday Valentin looked carefully and planned how he needed to run the pipes in order to reroute and reconnect everything. The original pipes ran under the basement floor and now would run along the ceiling and the walls of the basement. Valentine and his assistant worked very quickly and efficiently and got everything reconnected and running by around 5 pm. They even cleaned up. I was also very impressed to see Valentin take the extra time after working all day on a Sunday, to do a few extra things for us. He checked on our second floor toilet which had been filling too slowly and found a fair size pebble in the hose. He checked the faucet on the sink and found some sand particles which had impeded the water flow. He also connected a hand held shower for my mom. He really is amazing!! Thanks Valentin!!!!

Valentin returned our call within an hour of leaving a message. He was very friendly on the phone and set an appointment with us the very next afternoon. When he arrived, on time, he was just as friendly, very knowledgable, thorough and efficient. Valentin was very mindful of his surroundings and worked in a very cleany fashion. We believe we have found our plumber...finally. We HIGHLY recommend Valentin!!

Valentin and his crew of three excavated and installed main drains for a basement washroom. The job was done very neatly and in one day. There were no problems and the job came in on budget. They were also a very friendly and polite crew.

Had a brand new Moen lavatory faucet that was not properly installed and Valentin quickly responded to my request and professionally assessed the issue. All fixed and some very good advise on how to avoid problems in the future. Highly recommend his services - you will not be disappointed.

I called Val and he returned my call immediately and came to fix my leaking toilet on the same day. Val provided me with an estimate based on his assessment as to the cause of the leakeage on the phone and it turned out he was right and charged me what he said he would.
Val took pride in his work and was professional and efficient. Val took the time to explain the problem and the price was very reasonable. I will use him again if I have any problems with plumbing.

I called Strong Plumbing Co. because a tap in our ensuite bathroom was dripping. Valentin showed up exactly when he'd said he would and after examining the sink and taps, he recommended we change the taps for a newer version. I was prepared to do this, since I suspected that the taps were old and indeed it took him some time to get them out. The entire job - start to finish - to less than two hours. The new taps (which he had in his truck) look wonderful! The bathroom was cleaned up, and ready and the taps work beautifully. All in all, it was a success and the price was just under four hundred dollars (labour, materials and tax). I would highly recommend this Plumbing service and in fact, we will be calling Valentin again to replace the taps in our other bathrooms. He is prompt, honest and does a great job.

I called Strong Plumbing to fix a toilet that was not draining properly. Valentin was extremely helpful over the phone and showed up within the hour. He promptly figured out the problem and fixed it. I found him to be extraordinarily kind and willing to explain everything that he was doing to fix the problem. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to friends.

We had a bit of a flood in our basement bathroom. Valentin was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem. He was tidy and reasonably priced. I'll use him again!
