We had to have our bathroom redone and required a plumber to remove and then ultimately replace our fixtures. In addition, we wanted to have a pipe shorted as it did not serve any purpose. Val was on time and on price. We have used his services several times before and will continue using his services. He is trustworthy and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends (which I have).

We have employed this company three times. First, for a leaking bidet, second for a leaking hot water heater, and third for a leaking sink. We found the person outstanding - he came within hours of being called. Provided excellent service and his costs seemed minimal.

He was pleasant, professional and offered some useful tips on other plumbing in the house. He also gave me a two-year guarantee on the work. I would use him again and recommend him highly.

I am a General Contractor and found Valentin through his homestars listing. Before we even met or discussed hiring him he spent a lot of time on the phone with me (on several separate phone calls) helping me to diagnose the problem with my client's noisy and leaky toilet. He suggested several things I could do to save time/money and once we had the problem figured out he knew exactly how to fix it. I've been dealing with Valentin for a few years now. We use him
at our commercial building fixing plugged pipes and replacing
faucets and other plumbing projects. I personally use him for
my home plumbing solutions which include, faucet installation,
unplugging clogged drains and pipes + changing valves which tend to
become seized over time. Valentin is very reasonable with what he
charges and will go out of his way to respond to emergencies which
occur at the least convenient times. I have nothing bad to say
about his service which I will continue to use as long as I have to.

valentine was amazing. He picked up a toilet for me and came and installed it the next day. He worked quickly, neatly and efficiently. He told me what I needed to do and what was fine. As a single mom, I appreciate his honesty because some people take advantage of women.

When the faucet in our bath tub broke off and water was spraying everywhere, we had to shut the water off for the whole house.
Not only did this happen on the weekend, but the night before we were expecting 25 people for our daughter's 1st birthday party.
We called Valentin at 9pm Saturday night and he promptly returned our call at 9:15pm. The next day he arrived on time at 10am.
He inspected the problem and explained what our options were (including what the cost would be) prior to starting to the work.
He mentioned that he may need to break the tile in our shower area to fix the problem but that he would try not to. He was able
to fix the problem without breaking tile and he even used vinegar to shine the hardware which made it look brand new. Valentin
was very polite, and he worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job well. He is a very honest person and very reasonably
priced. We will definitely be calling him again for our future bathroom reno.
