Valenti promptly helped me resolve multiple home plumbing issues that had been a problem for some time. His service was efficient and professional. Great guy to deal with! I would recommend him highly.

Valentin gave us great advice while we were just begining our rennovation project. Right from the get go we knew we had a trust worthy individual and someone who would ensure the job was done right (especially after having seveal others do improper jobs). We installed a shower in the master ensuite, relocated toilet drains, relocated copper pipes, ran new lines, installed new toilets and even on a later date came to us on an emergency call with a toilet which was broken and leaking into the floor below.

Extremly professional and communicative. We still are waiting for a vanity to be installed to finish the balance of the work and Valentin routinely checks in with me to see how everything is. My wife and I are both exceptionally pleased and will not use any other plumber.

Valentin did an excellent job on repairing a leaky pipe (Kitec) which others would not attempt. Was timely and spent additional time to explain various issues to look for in the future. Would highly recommend him for your next job!

We noticed a leaking pipe on Saturday and called Strong Plumbing. He called back promptly and as we said it was not an emergency, he scheduled to come on Monday. Valentin was courteous, efficient, timely, clean (he wore the blue shoe covers) and offered additional helpful suggestions. This is the second time we have used Strong Plumbing and would certainly recommend him. Cost was reasonable.

I thought that I had a leak in my bathtub. When I contact Valentin by Email, he answered my email within the hour. He showed up right on time the next day and looked at my problem . It turned out that it's not a plumbing problem and he showed me a few solutions to fix it for the time being. He did not charge me a penny when everything was done ( I mean he could have charged me a fee for the trip). He's nice and friendly, I will definitely call him back and recommend him to my family and friends.

When we contacted Valentin, he recommended which toilets to buy for our needs, and came and did the job promptly to fit into our schedule. Work was completed professionally and quickly. We have also had Valentin do plumbing work in the past for us and were very pleased with the results.

If I could give Valentin a rating of 11 I would. We had a less than stellar toilet that plugged easily. The best solution was to purchase and install a new one so I headed to Homestars to find a plumber. All of Strong Plumbing's stellar reviews made him the obvious choice. I emailed Valentin for some information and he emailed and called me back within the hour. He gave me some good suggestions on what to purchase so I could avoid buying another bad toilet. He was able to install the new toilet much sooner than I thought he would and his price was more than fair. He also drove my husband to Home Depot to return the wrong toilet that I bought - AND he didn't charge us more for that. I would definitely recommend Strong Plumbing to friends and I will certainly use his services again.

I just had a Bathroom rough-in done by Valentin, Strong Plumbing. I had four quotes for this project, and Valentin's estimate was the most professional and reasonable. Val at Strong Plumbing is excellent! We've used him a few times over the years to replace a couple of faucets and to deal with a leaky toilet. He is reliable and honest. We've recommended him to our friends & neighbours -- they have been happy with his work as well.
