I love this company. Twice now I've called on them to help me out and they don't disappoint. This last time, I had a problem with basement drainage and a lot of sewer flies filling up the house. I was sure I had a main line problem that req'd thousands and thousands of dollars worth of work. Valentin quickly figured out that the problem was with the old downspout drain and the work required was not nearly so extensive. They show up exactly when they say, they're very courteous, do the work to the estimate and no more and are careful not to create unnecessary mess in the house. Can't say enough good things about them.

Valentin delivers efficient, prompt, clean, and conscientious service! He went far above my expectations of what the service call would entail.

First, he responds quickly and asks for pictures and description of issue. Secondly, he gives you a quote and prompt time of when he will come. Thirdly, he not only addresses the issues, but will give advice on how to maintain good plumbing to extend the life of whatever you have purchased which in our case was new toilets. We only asked for help with 2 new toilets, but he checked all 5 toilets in our home to make sure that they were installed properly and the water level was correct for all of them while at the same time sharing ways to help make sure that we can avoid issues in the future. This is where Valentin demonstrated how he went above and beyond what he had asked for originally.

Fast efficient service. Work was done in 2 days (each 1/2 day). It would have been completed in one day as a city inspector was not available until the next day. They took the time to explain each step. Very hardworking friendly crew. I contacted a couple of other plumbing companies, but Valentin was the only one who mentioned a rebate was available from the City of Toronto and knew all the details needed for approval. I was happy with the work and would highly recommend this company.

The taps in the laundry room of my condo were leaking and had damaged our engineered hardwood in the bedroom although it took some time for us to discover this problem.
I called Valentin and he tried to accommodate me as I was not
available the entire day. He came early Friday morning and found the problem and replaced the taps. He also went the extra mile and checked the drywall in my cupboards as this leak had been ongoing for a couple of weeks and we didn't know it it had affected our drywall. He was prompt, efficient and knew what to do. He also took the time to show me what was worn out and wrote up a complete report for me to submit to our insurance company. I highly recommend him.

Valentin was prompt and kept in communication with us when we were dealing with a water leak. His advice and expertise were greatly appreciated. I would recommend him to friends and family.

The 10 year old Toto toilet began making spontaneous flushing sounds every 2 or 3 hours, lasting 4 seconds then stopping, and otherwise working perfectly. I did my research online including HomeStars, College of Trades etc. checking for credentials such as licensed, bonded, insured, written contract, warranty BBB, WSIB. The words "no job too small" and excellent reviews caught my eye so I called Valentin. I called at 11:30 in the morning and left a message. Valentin texted me within the hour. Instructed me to take some photos of the interior of the tank and text them. I did that and he diagnosed the problem texting me back almost immediately. I was really impressed how fast everything moved along. We made an appointment for next morning. Valentin arrived precisely on time. Put on shoe protectors. Was very fast, neat, clean and efficient, and very diligent, explaining everything as he was fixing it. It took 20 minutes to fix something called a flapper that annoyed me for 3 weeks! He gave a written invoice and a 1 yr. warranty. I highly recommend Valentin.
