We had sewer backup issues in our basement drain last April. Called Valentin to remove the clog but he warned me that there is an issue with sewer pipe insert that was installed by the contractor who did our basement bathroom and the only way to fix it is to change the pipe insert. I didn't want to destroy the basement bathroom and took my chances to leave it alone.

After a month, the backup issue happened again and called Valentin to remove the clog. Again same issue and at that point I decided to have the sewer line fixed. We want to have a peace of mind and not worry about our basement being flooded again. Ww called Valentin to do the repair and we were impressed by their services.
