Within two days of the quote, they came to do the job itself. They layed down sheets to keep the floor clean. They recommended using a jack hammer over cutting the concrete with a diamond cutter to avoid creating extra dust in the home. They had the job done within 4 hours and neatly installed the new 3/4 inch copper pipe and re-concreted my floor. The place was left clean and it was as if they were never there. I had met with several other plumbers to get quotes and besides them being the best to work with, the price was also exceptional. This is one of the best trades I've ever hired and I highly recommend using this plumber.
