I became ill, was out of town for a couple of years, and my house started to have some problems with my deck and my plumbing. My neighbor called up the city and complained and they red tagged my house saying it was uninhabitable, so I had to call up a plumber, and a general contractor to fix all these problems.
I looked online and after getting several estimates, I found Friendly Plumber to be hands-down the most knowledgeable and the nicest guy. My neighbor is suing me because of plumbing problems and a lot of the other plumbers were scared. They didn't want to work on the job.
Friendly Plumber not only said that they would work on the job, but they knew how to handle difficult situations in a professional manner. They replaced a 30 foot long sewer, 8 feet deep, all the way out to the street. They had backhoes, the plumbing inspector and the cement guy, all in 1 day.
I was blown away! I couldn't believe that they were able to do that in 1 day, and after all the headaches I was having in years, they solved it in 1 day. Since they knew everybody in the city, they all kind of got on my side and said they would all go to court for me to prove I am not at fault.
These guys are great, total professionals, and they're the only plumbers I'll call.
