We are more than thrilled with the bathroom renovation Amazon did for us. Our house is almost 100 years old and has a very small main bathroom. Ruben worked with us to open up the space in the bathroom and the end result is stunning! Friends and family are amazed by the difference and can't get over the use of space. Ruben is very professional and was a pleasure to work with. All of the workers he had come to the house were courtesy and hard working. Victor was especially thorough in all his wood working, painting, etc. and surpassed all our expectations. He is very detailed and the end product showcased his fine workmanship. Excellent service, product, and price from the folks at Amazon Railings (which is affiliated with Amazon Renovation - www.amazonrailings.ca). We had an initial issue with the railing (wrong design from the manufacturer), which was handled in record time (4 people at the factory worked on the job late to fabricate the correct railing next day - typically this would take 4-6 weeks). Kudos to Eli and the team, and I would highly recommended this stand-up group for any future work.

Amazon cracked several slate stones on the porch whe trying to install the pickets. I had to call a mason to replace the stones ($350) Amazon refused to pay for the damage or acknowledge that they did not know that the job had to be done with a diamond drill bit instead of a regular drill bit. Amazon also refused to give back my deposit ($600) It was a very stressful and costly experience.

Amazon did an amazing job renovating our bathroom. We would highly recommend them. Ruben and his whole team were very friendly and professional. They did the job on time and within budget. Ruben checked in with us at the end of each day to ensure we were satisfied with the work done. Viktor was very thorough and detailed and did an excellent job! We couldn’t be happier with the end result. We have had rave reviews from our friends! We will be asking Ruben to renovate our basement next.

I have used Amazon before for a bathroom reno. This time, my basement was gutted and redone: framed, vapor barrier, insualted, new drywall, underpad, carpet, new electrical and custom milwork. Ruben did a fabulous job...on time, on budget and a quality job. He is meticulous about quality...he always picks good quality finishes and refuses to cheap out on anything. Always around to answer questions, clear and honest. Left the place spotless each day and at the end of the job. Ruben is so personable, my kids even hung out in the basement to watch and ask questions and always ran to say goodbye when he left..

I was absolutely delighted with the end result, it exceeded my expectations. Ruben's team did a great job and were careful to keep the rest of the house as clean as possible during a messy build. The project came in on budget despite a few unforseen challenges in the construction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ruben and will be asking him to quote on two other projects I have in mind.

We hired Ruben after he finished my brother in laws basement and we saw what a great job he did. Amazon ripped out our existing kitchen and rebuilt it: removed bulkheads, new flooring, new custom cabinetry, new granite countertops, gas line installation, pot lights, painting, backsplash, etc etc.
The guys were great, it was on time and on budget, and my kitchen is beautiful. I wouldn't change a thing. I would absolutely use Amazon again and recommend them to anyone. Top quality craftsmanship and very reliable.

Again, they exceeded our expectations. The cabinetry installed and countertop are well-built, durable and modern. Amazon finished both projects on time and within our budget with no surprises. We were very happy with our bathroom reno in the fall of 2010. Reuben was accurate at estimating when the job would begin and how long it would take. He stayed within the budget and was very helpful in providing advice and resources for us to pick colours and finishes. I had to be away during the whole reno due to unforseen circumstances, but Reuben was in touch with me by phone and email each day and encouraged my husband to take pictures of the job as it progressed so I could provide my feedback,. We were very pleased with the job, and when small items arose, Reuben came back to remedy situation immediately. Before, during and after the reno, Reuben was always available to answer questions or offer advice. Friendly, reasonable, honest contracotr. I really fely we got more value for the money than we could have expected.

No nonsense approach - Ruben was straight with us and helped us determine what was important and what was not - what was important to spend on and what we could do to stay in budget. Before, during and after he was very responsive to questions, concerns, needs, etc. After job was completed he returned quickly to fix a small problem that had occured.
Complete finish of a basement, including a full bath. We were very impressed with the finished product. Referred Ruben to another family member for a kitchen job and they were also impressed. Would not hesistate to recommend him. Not only was Ruben great to deal with, but every guy that he brought in to work on the job was good.
