Itay from Amazon railings was just amazing to deal with. From the initial meeting right up to the completion of my railings on my porch I have to say, he provided great service and was extremely courteous.
What should have been completed in the June/July only got done in Nov/Dec and this is not because of amazon railings. This was because of issues with getting my driveway and porch completed. Right through this time, Itay was very understanding of the delays I had incurred and kept assuring me that it was not an issue for him and he would come and take final measurements and install as soon as the porch was ready to go. I had ordered a backyard gate and railings for the porch and even though the gate was ready to go, he accommodated the delays and held on to it. The install of both was flawless and Itay promptly came back and rectified some scratches I had noticed on the black railings immediately when I sent him pictures of it.
I would recommend Itay and amazon railings anytime!!.
